Emma, Casey and I went to the Metropolis Gallery on Tuesday, February 25th. I have not ever gone to an art gallery besides the Stout gallery at Dickinson College. It was a very interesting experience. We went after closing so there was a sort of creepy vibe going around. Two children and a cat were running around in the back and it was dark in the last section of the gallery because it was after hours. The small room off to the side that was filled with babies hanging from rope and other creepy things would be perfect for Courtney; I was not a fan though. It was very cool to see other students work displayed like professional work. I really liked one wall in particular that had these pictures on it.

Overall I really liked the gallery and seeing so many different types of art!
Good job, I'm glad it was a new experience for you. Some creepy stuff in there, yes.
